TARGET prayers are Scripture prayers.
When we pray God's Word over a situation, we know we hit the TARGET everytime.
How do we know this?
 
God tells us so:
 
"So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, ans it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it." Isaiah 55:11
